Let’s cut to the chase for you here. You’ve read the preamble about change and how we understand what change is all about and how we can help smooth the way forward.

There are three key populations in any change circumstance in the workplace – and here’s how we work with them:

Our workshops provide managers with experiential opportunities to deliver change in the most value-creating way through their people. We believe that inclusiveness, communication and focus work best hand-in-hand.

And the focal point has to be that clearly defined change which will deliver added value when implemented. We know that this works best when managers are comfortable enough with process to enable them to be free enough to be with their people.

We don’t think that the gorgeous George Clooney style of change in “Up In the Air” works at all well (if you haven’t seen the movie, it’s a revelation in how not to implement change!).

We also provide workshops to enable employees to see the upside of change as well. We help them build self-esteem by understanding the contribution they can make to add value to the organisation as it progresses through such demanding development phases.

And where the change is so significant that it feels traumatic, we help employees funnel their emotions into contructive activities, that will encourage them to move forward with enthusiasm and confidence, leading to fulfilment, motivation and engagement.

We want them to feel there is a real, positive value for them in change too.

Senior Management

We have a message for senior management too. The most successful change happens when you get right in there, supporting and driving it.

Your personal involvement is where you add value yourselves and when you are prepared to work with your people openly, honestly and supportively, you will find there is great operational value there – and you will find much personal satisfaction there too. If you’re brave enough to encourage success.

And, whilst it’s your call, we can help you with that.

Workshop Components

Whilst we don’t believe in a boilerplate workshop where we can just change a few names around, and hawk it around to anyone, there are some important components of the change programs we deliver.

Here are the bullet points which can start us talking. When we do that, there will be your input; our expertise and an outcome that will deliver what you want for your people – at whatever level thay are at in the change experience.

  • What is change?
  • How does it work?
  • Who does it affect?
  • How does it affect them?
  • What are their needs?
  • How can it be delivered most effectively?
  • How do I do it?
  • What are the pinch points?
  • What do I do even before the first things?
  • How involved do I get?
  • What can I take away?
  • Where do I get support?
  • Who is on my side?
  • Traps to avoid
  • Keeping an eye on the outcome
  • Biting the whole bullet once
  • Preparing the ground
  • Relationship building
  • What not to do!

Every participant in our workshops receives a personal workbook, packed with valuable information and exercises to be used during the workshop, tailored to their personal situation and needs.

And there’s more. These workbooks are designed and formatted to be used after the workshops as well, ensuring that the value of the workshop and the experiences participants work on, are embedded long after the program has ended.
